California Poppy Long Neck Flask Vase by Robert Held
Robert Held’s unique designs are created using techniques developed over 2000 years ago.
This piece began as molten glass gathered onto the end of a “blowpipe”. Colored glass containing minerals such as copper, cobalt or gold is added to create the final decoration. The glass is then both mouth-blown and hand-formed into its final shape.
After being gradually annealed (cooled), the glass is ground, polished and signed. This finished piece of art is now ready to grace your home.
